Skyrim Console Commands are an essential tool that players use to enter cheats into the game. To enter Skyrimcheats into the PC Commands Console, hit ~ (or the key above Tab) to bring up the developer console, and enter these codes for the desired effect. Console commands are NOT case-sensitive.
Note: Some console command cheats can cause bugs later on, or cause situations which may 'break' certain quests. If you're unsure of your game's stability, don't save your game after using the command and disable autosaves in the main menu.

To increase your abilities in any given skill tree, you can use the console commands to your advantage in two ways:
- Add individual perks to each skill tree
- Add experience to each skill tree
(This will also help you level up quickly)
TO ADD SKILL EXPERIENCE
This is our reccommended method of increasing your skills / adding perks. While it may take a bit longer, it will also grant extra experience and allow you to craft an personalized set of skills wiith points, instead of entering in individual perk codes.
AdvSkill [[[Skill|Skill]] ID] [#] to grant yourself a certain amount of experience in a given skill category. The value of experience points varies from skill to skill, so we suggest choosing a skill you want to become HIGHLY proficient in (maybe.. all of them?) and starting there.
The table below indicates how many experience points will increase each skill by one level. In terms of overall player level, it takes an increasing and variable amount of XP to level up, so feel free to use the player.setlevel [#] command.

TO ADD INDIVIDUAL PERKS
To add individual perks, use the console command player.addperk [perk ID]

For example, to add the Sneaking perk 'Silent Roll,' enter
player.addperk 105F23 into the command console. While the skill will turn gray in the skills menu (normally indicating that you are under-level for the desired perk), you will still be able to utilize it's abilities. Alternatively, you could pre-empt this process by using the player.setlevel ##

- player.modav [attribute name] [amount] - Apply modifier (+ or -) to the named attribute or skill. Skills are entered as they appear in-game, without spaces or quotes, except for Speech and Archery, which are 'speechcraft' and 'marksman' respectively. Attributes are things like 'health' or 'carryweight', again without spaces or quotes. NOTE: Using the modav command will cause attributes modified by it to always appear in green, as the game thinks they've been buffed. You can try 'setav' instead (untested), but in other Bethesda games this has sometimes led to permanent problems.

- player.modav Dragonsouls X - Add Dragon's Souls to your pool, allowing you to improve your shouts.

- player.IncPCS [Skill Name] - Increase the level of targeted Skill by one.
- showracemenu - Brings up the race selection/character customization menu. NOTE: This will reset your character to level 1 and all your skills to their initial base values.
- [target].getavinfo [attribute] - This will display a short list of information about the given attribute (health, skills, etc.) of the specified target. You can omit '[target].' if you first click on the target with the mouse, or you can replace it with 'player.' if you want the info on your character. For example:[br/]player.getavinfo lightarmor
- player.additem XXXXXXXX '###'- Adds items based on Item Codes, where XXXXXXXX is the item code, and ### is the amount you want.
- player.additem 0000000f '999' - Add 999 Gold
- player.additem 0000000a '100' - Add 100 Lockpicks

Make sure your skill level is high enough to have the perk before you enable it or it may not work properly and that you add any multi-tier perks in order.

How do you get rid of 1,000 plus bounty in Riften? Guards and civilians won't let me talk to the person I need to talk to without stopping and killing them which leads to me probably getting cornered and dying :(

There are a few ways you can remove the bounty over your head
Skyrim Se Bounty Hunter Mod
Declare Thaneship If you are the Thane of a hold, you can declare this to the guard. This will immediately clear your bounty, but can only be done once per hold.
Pay your bounty If you pay your bounty, you will be immediately transported outside the nearest town jail, and all stolen items in your possession will be seized. Thieves Guild members have an additional option to pay a much lower fine, if they so choose. This additional option will allow you to keep stolen items.
Bribe guard Thieves Guild members have the option to bribe the guard. The amount of gold required to bribe a guard is usually much larger than the bounty for small crimes, but less than one for murder and doing so will raise the Speech skill, immediately clear your bounty and avoid having items confiscated. The Bribe Guards Speech perk also grants you this option. Note, the bounty cleared is only for the crime you were recently caught doing. If you had some previous bounty as well, this won't get cleared.
Persuade guard Occasionally another option will appear if you have a low bounty. You can attempt to persuade the guard that you are not worth the effort of dealing with, due to your low bounty, and should be allowed to go free. Success is dependent on the Speech skill. If successful, you will raise Speech, but will not clear your bounty. If your speech is 75 or higher, this option will always be present (given that the guard has not been persuaded already). If you wish to persuade the guard again, wait 2 days and the option will be available again.
Go to jail If you cannot pay your bounty, you will be sent to the nearest town jail. You are able to keep one lockpick in your jail cell, which can be used to try to escape from prison. Escaping from jail can be much easier than in Oblivion with an option to pick the door or a loose grate on the floor which is much easier. There are also other methods to escape, such as pushing down a crumbling wall. You can also pickpocket the jail key from a passing guard to escape the cell. However, it is still difficult to recover your equipment.
To serve your sentence, simply sleep in the bed in your cell, and you'll sleep through your entire sentence. Depending upon the length of your sentence, your progress towards one or more skill advancements will be reset to zero. Unlike Oblivion, you will not lose any past skill increases; instead, it will take longer to obtain the next skill increase(s).
If the gaurds don't give you a chance to submit and go to jail or pay your bounty make sure that you sheath your weapon. The gaurds should then stop attacking and you should hopefully hear your out :) If they don't you can try this:
Using a strong enough Calm spell will stop the guards from attacking, though speaking to them results in an arrest attempt. Another method is to punch an innocent person, keep your fists raised and then try to yield again.

In Oblivion, one of the stats was your current bounty, which was a great way to double-check to make sure you weren't caught when stealing, etc. But Skyrim doesn't seem to have this.
I've found one proxy method: You can see your lifetime bounty in Stats/Crime. You have to keep your current amount memorized though, if you want to use it as a 'did I just get caught' check.

On a console, press start -> stats tab -> 2nd or 3rd page down, it lists your exact bounties and in which cities :)
My guess is that on the PC it would be Esc or something.. it's there the first page is your quests, the second is 'stats' and the third your saves.

Unfortunately, there is no direct 'interface' way of finding out what your exact bounty is. This is most likely a design oversight.
Another trick to do it would be to save, let yourself get caught by a guard and see how much bounty you have to pay. Then reload.

The system lists the bounty amount twice when you stole something or kill someone:

You get a warning message at the top of the screen, it lists the bounty amount.

Guards will hunt you down, they will ask you for the bounty amount (if not, they will try to kill you).
It's obvious when you got caught stealing or killing someone:

You will get the warning if they decided to put a bounty on you.

You will hear a dialog related to your stealing.

Persons will flee to get guards or attack you, guards will attack you.
I don't see why you would need to know the bounty if you don't have the chance anymore to pay it, as they are chasing you down. As for looking whether they detected you, the systems has enough ways of telling you so that you do not need to check if you have a bounty on your head.

It is possible to see your current bounties. Go to:
General stats, under crime, you can see your current bounties. If there are no cities shown up, it means you have no bounty. It's that simple. :)

The Forgotten City is a mod available today for the PC and Xbox One versions of Skyrim: Special Edition(and regular ol’ Skyrim). But it wouldn’t have ever been made if its creator, Nick Pearce, hadn’t been randomly punched in the face by a stranger.
“I got started writing when I got punched in the face by a complete stranger for no reason,” Pearce told me over email, not longer after he won a national screenwriting award in Australia for his work on the mod . “I was on my way to work one day, walking along the mean streets of Brighton, and BAM! I wrote my first short story about it, which got a lot of positive feedback.”That was the beginning of Pearce’s writing adventures, and before he began exploring the world of Skyrim mods he maintained a strong attachment to the more traditional forms of literature: forming a book club, reading regularly, and having a crack at an attempted novel.That was several years ago, well before Fallout 4, well before Skyrim. And Bethesda wouldn’t be the ones responsible for the canvas that would later inspire one of the better modders in the Skyrim, and Australian scene: it was Obsidian Entertainment, who had been given the task of crafting Fallout: New Vegas.Advertisement“Around that time I played a mod for Fallout: New Vegas called New Vegas Bounties by Someguy2000,” Pearce explained. “It was amazing, like an official DLC. And it’s not like major developers haven’t hired modders before. For now, it’s nice just to see a new fanbase enjoying his creation for the first time. The Forgotten City has already been downloaded more than 1000 times on Xbox One, sitting among the top 10 mods for most popular and most favourited on the platform. And that’s not to mention the combined hundreds of thousands of downloads through ModDB, NexusMods and the Bethesda website.And it might not be the last iteration of The Forgotten City. Shortly after the Nintendo Switch reveal, I asked Pearce if he’d be interesting in putting in the hours to make his mod playable on the hybrid console. He was keen, but understandably cautious at the same time. “Skyrim on a Switch sounds awesome!
